Swedish National Hacking Team (SNHT) – Cultivating Elite Cyber Talent
Cparta, in collaboration with the Royal Institute of Technology (KTH), spearheads the Swedish National Hacking Team (SNHT) initiative. This program identifies and trains promising cybersecurity talents to represent Sweden in international competitions like the European Cyber Security Challenge (ECSC). The selection process includes rigorous boot camps and national qualifiers, ensuring that only the most skilled individuals are chosen. Partners supporting this initiative include SEB, Saab, Sectra, and the National Defence Radio Establishment (FRA).
Knäck Koden – Introducing Cybersecurity in Schools
Recognizing the importance of early cybersecurity education, Cparta supports the Knäck Koden initiative in collaboration with Kodsport and Kodcentrum. This program aims to introduce cybersecurity concepts to students in Swedish schools, fostering interest and foundational knowledge from an early age. By integrating cybersecurity topics into the curriculum, Knäck Koden seeks to build a pipeline of future cybersecurity professionals equipped to handle emerging digital threats.
Through these initiatives, Cparta demonstrates a strong commitment to enhancing Sweden’s resilience by promoting education and fostering talent.
Strategic Dialogue – Securing Leadership Alignment
Cparta, in partnership with others, hosts a recurring forum that brings together senior leaders from business, government, and politics to address strategic issues related to cybersecurity, digital hybrid threats, and national resilience.
By leveraging the insight of top decision-makers, the initiative ensures cybersecurity remains a priority at the highest levels of leadership.
